Unlocking Future Applications of Hydrogen for a Low Carbon Economy

Guto Owen, Co-ordinator of HyCymru, the Wales Hydrogen Trade Association, will be speaking at this event.

Following the commitment from UK Government to legislate for net-zero emissions by 2050, hydrogen is slated to play a role in the reduction of emissions from power, transport, and industrial sectors.

This seminar will look to address hydrogen’s role in low-carbon energy systems and the engineering challenges of replacing natural gas in the gas distribution network with hydrogen to reduce carbon emissions.
